This May Be Pennsylvania’s Most Beautiful Golf Course

In this video, I had the pleasure of trying to break 70 at Stonewall’s Old Course in Elverson, Pennsylvania. This course was Tom Doak’s first private golf course design, and I would say he did a spectacular job. Let me know what course you would like to see me at next!

  1. Did the caddie with the pony tail grab you a couple yuenglings from his car on 11? 😂
Played there about a month ago! Very pure!

  2. I pass this course everyday on my way to work. Absolutely beautiful. So cool to get an up close look at it. Unfortunately, driving past it is as close as I’ll ever get to playing it.

  3. Nice video! This has definitely been one of the worse starts to a season in terms of weather in Pennsylvania. If you ever find yourself in western/central PA let me know. I’m a member at Punxsutawney CC if you’re ever wanting to play a round

  4. Looking forward to the content this summer. How about a visit to the western side of PA? Lot of solid courses on this side as well.

  5. Always fun watching your videos. Way to keep positive throughout the video. Stonewall is an amazing place.

  6. No carts caddies only, the golf course I own is about 15 minutes from Stonewall. I watched them build the golf course they spared no expense.

  7. I've been passed there numerous times on the way to my inl-laws, but haven't had a chance to play… Have you played Mike Piazza's Bellewood?

  8. Caddied there in the summer of 2015. Learned 2 things that summer: 1. Carrying 2 member's bags was often lighter than a single guest bag. 2. Guests never play enough break on those greens…haha.

  9. Played Stonewall North last week. Great course but some difficult holes. Great fun and an awesome logo.

  10. Stonewall Jackson, as in General Stonewall Jackson?
That would make sense being in Pennsylvania, not the football player.

  11. Def an underrated gem of the Philly area. One thing: I think your dad was wrong about the walls. I could be wrong, but I think most (maybe even all?) of the "stone walls" (fences) around the course were added AFTER the course was built. In fact, last time I played it, they were adding a couple walls on a few holes… So… not "since the civil war" (but maybe some were???? but… kinda doubt it)
