Early extension is one of the biggest power leaks in the golf swing.
When your hips move toward the ball, you lose your angles, your rotation stalls, and power disappears.

In this video, I’ll show you the “Hulk Leg Drill” — a simple exercise that helps you stay low, stabilize your lead side, and build real power through the swing.

This drill trains:
• Lower body stability
• Proper weight shift
• Maintaining your angles through impact

If your hips tend to thrust toward the ball, this drill will help you finally feel how the lead leg should stabilize and support rotation.
