Par 3, 7iron, wind right to left. Hit the ball slightly right to account for the wind, saw it heading for the green but didn’t see a bounce. Walking up to the green I couldn’t see it so thought it bounced long. But as I approached the hole I see a pitch mark on the edge of the cup and my ball in there!

I’ve been playing since October last year, only had 2 birdies before this ace. Feels amazing but maybe slightly lucky. I don’t know if I’ll ever top this feeling in golf.

Also ended up being my PB for the course.

Congratulations! I’ve been playing for 51 years with a 10 hcp and haven’t had one. I’m pretty jealous.

Nice! Last time I pulled my ball from a hole that looks like that, a frog jumped up onto my arm from under the water and I sounded like an 8 year old girl for about 3 seconds haha. Still searching for my first ace.
