  1. Ball might have been in a burrowing animal hole or something. Idk but they probably explained it while it was happening….lolz

I thought they mentioned his stance being near/on an old sprinkler head or something?

I think he was standing on a sprinkler head or something. Free relief.

We play by PGA tour rules. If I can’t find my ball, the fake “Spotter” did and we drop it where it should be. If the lie is conflicted, we take relief. It baffles me how some people will go retee on a links course because they can’t find their ball in the fescue or spend 5 minutes looking.

  5. Ya sure. But don’t take a ball out of a divot in the fairway. That’s pathetic

Reminds me of the time Tiger had a rock moved. The rules are different when you get to the next level. We all want to see Scotty make the cut

immovable obstruction to ball/stance gets relief

Maybe there’s some reasoning I’m not thinking of, but I feel like you shouldn’t be allowed to take relief in a different cut of grass. I.e improving your lie from the rough into the fairway.

It’s always within the rules, but definitely feels like Scottie pulls a lot of this stuff. Just an observation.

I had my volume low & thought the dryer noise was a beat on some music in the background lol
