I got the idea to start collecting golf pencils after seeing other people's posts on here, so figured I'd share mine too. My dad, brother, and I collect pencils from courses we've played. Left column is mostly Houston-area courses, right side is almost all Scotland and the UK, and the middle is a mix of everything else (with some exceptions due to spacing limitations, but maybe I’ll fix that with the next box)
It's been fun doing this over the past few years and I'm looking forward to filling out the next box. I thought about collecting course flags for a while but it's hard to find good places to display them and some courses don't even have them (but nearly everywhere has a pencil!)

Pencils are a new one. I have a ball collection and I know a person who collects divot tools

I can get you a few from North Dakota since I’m guessing that isn’t on your list of places to go. We do have some very nice pencils though.
