The 2026 Women’s Australian Open returns as a standalone championship at Adelaide’s Kooyonga Golf Club, and here’s how to watch every moment on TV and online.

Women’s golf is stepping confidently back into its own spotlight this year as the Women’s Australian Open returns to Adelaide as a fully independent national championship from 12–15 March 2026. The schedule shift to March allows the tournament to fit far more naturally into the global women’s golf calendar after several seasons paired with the men’s event.

Kooyonga Golf Club, a jewel of Adelaide’s sandbelt, is primed to host a genuinely world‑class field. Fans can look forward to seeing major champions Minjee Lee, Hannah Green and Grace Kim, joined by LPGA Tour regulars Steph Kyriacou, Cassie Porter and Karis Davidson, all competing for a record A$1.7 million purse, the biggest of the WPGA season and the most lucrative Ladies European Tour event outside LPGA‑co‑sanctioned tournaments.

The venue itself is no stranger to a championship. Kooyonga’s sandy terrain, classic design and tournament history, including hosting the Women’s Australian Open in 2018, won by Ko Jin-young, ensure a strategic and visually striking test of golf.
