So I bought a ball to help practice arm connectivity, we all get a little wild at times. It came up on an Instagram ad from “Purestrike golf co”. Thought eh, Fitzpatrick uses one, I’ll try one. (Found out he uses a completely different brand)
Well, it took almost a month to come in, sucked but whatever. Finally got it in, it’s cheap, flimsy, and overall sucks. Whatever, $30 lost.
Fast forward a week. My wife decides she is gonna surprise me with one cause she has heard me talk about using one in passing, and she didn’t know I had one. She orders one off TEMU. Presents it as a surprise. I thought she was being silly. Come to find out, they are literally the exact same ball.
So either pure strike is ordering them off Temu and reselling them for 400x, or you can get one off Temu for 400x less. The exact same thing. My guess is they are buying and selling and this is why shipping is such a shit show. DO NOT BUY. And I’m an idiot. I know.

My instructor just blew up a balloon and had me use that. Towel underneath the armpits also works.

I got one from Temu. I used it once and found out that it is actually uncomfortable because I don’t know how to adjust the height of the cord. So I never used it again.

A lot of these training aids are overpriced. The blue brick for example is like 130 bucks. There’s guys on Etsy that sell a 3d printed one for a lot less and go on Amazon and buy cheap alignment sticks.

I bought mine on Temu for like $7, I use it often and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s supposed to be cheap, it’s made in a sweat shop in china.
I got one on Temu because I needed to hit the $35. It’s shit but I also paid $7 so I don’t complain 😂
