SAVANNAH, Ga. – The No. 7 Washington University in St. Louis golf team is in third following day one of the Savannah Invitational, hosted by Berry, with a 296. The two-day competition is being played at the Club at Savannah Harbor.
Junior Amy Beanblossom is tied for 11th overall with a first-round score of 72 while first-year Saxon Skinner is tied for 16th with a 74.
Senior Athena Nguyen, sophomore Nicole McGuire and junior Reagan Robinson sit in a 10-way tie for 25th with a 75.
The Bears wrap up the tournament tomorrow.
