Its nominal, but by tip weighting every club but the 4i, the length progression is off. Every club but the 4i will measure in a 16th longer because of the exposed tip. Again could argue it's not a big deal.
I’ve been following you for years now and I have picked up a few great techniques from you. And thank you for that, plus I have a new “Golf Lab” now and just keeping it clean can be a chore in itself 🤗
Channel has come a long way. I do miss the early posting from what looks like your basement, (especially the machete hanging on the wall). Really getting polished. Keep it going!
I just bought the takomo 201t mkii irons and they are arriving today, would be cool to have the 201s as like a combo to the ones I bought. I want to be able to modify my own clubs so your videos will help with that. Thanks. Just subbed
One thing you may want to mention is club length in a swapped out shaft set. Bore depths vary from iron to iron. You could end up too long or too short. Additionally, I don’t think most people at home, have the tools necessary to adjust swing weight or fix that if they weren’t right.
Did you ever end up making a vid about Lie angle machines? For example that budget one from golf works that goes in a vice, or if it's not worth… That would be awesome if it's still in the que.
Man do you study reddit ? I just posted there with this exact issue and your channel was brought up. 😂😂 😂 consider me glued. I'm a southpaw so 😢 I don't think I should deny someone else a chance to get these but there is this one buddy of mine that is a righty and could really use them…

Love a good build.

I have the same golfsmith swingweight machine, any way to check its measuring correctly
Always watch your videos and enjoy the content and especially the tips and tricks. Thanks
Sick ferrule color! Takomos look clean! Nice job! 🙌🏽👍
Shafts should work great for me. Wanted to try the 201s.
1:00 People are AWFUL!!!
Great vid as all ways AJ
I really enjoy the videos especially the ones where you reuse shafts, grips ,etc…
Nice , learned a lot . Thanks
Your channel is very informative. I like the set you built for George Bryan.

Thanks for the video AJ. I always learn something. Thanks for paying it forward with a giveaway!
Looks good. Can you explain why you swing weighted without grip and how you calculated the tip weight. Think I missed that. Thanks
You're the reason I built a shop in my garage to tinker. Appreciate the helpful content!
I'd like to redo my shafts. Where are you located?
Great videos please keep up the good work Jim from Scotland.
Great channel for me, as a golfer who likes to try own club fitting and small repairs!
How the tip weight is fixed in place?
Great stuff thanks! How do you decide to use brass shims or not? Is it on a per set basis or do you always use them?
Great video I have been doing a lot of my own building lately and it’s super fun

Did not know you build the Takomo irons for all those YouTube golfers. Great videos and very educational. I would love some Takomo irons.
Thank you for showing us how we professionals work.
