BOYNE Golf has landed a spot in the latest USA Today 10Bes Readers’ Choice Awards poll for Best Golf Resort in the U.S., and voting is now open to the public.

This year’s nomination recognizes the full BOYNE Golf experience, which spans three different Northern Michigan properties: The Highlands at Harbor Springs, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Inn at Bay Harbor.

Together, the resorts make up one of the largest golf destinations in the Midwest, with 11 courses spread across scenic landscapes ranging from wooded hills to Lake Michigan views.

USA Today praises BOYNE Golf’s variety of courses and resort-style amenities. Visitors can even book an Unlimited Golf Package, which allows players to tee off at select courses from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., along with overnight stays at one of the three resorts.
One of the standout experiences in the BOYNE lineup can be found along the Lake Michigan shoreline at Bay Harbor Golf Club. Its Links/Quarry course is known for dramatic scenery, with holes perched on high bluffs overlooking the water and others winding through a former limestone quarry.

A Familiar Name in the Rankings
This isn’t the first time the region has been recognized nationally.
In the most recent ranking, The Highlands at Harbor Springs finished No. 2 in the country in the Best Golf Resort category. The property boasts four courses, including The Heather, a design by legendary golf architect Robert Trent Jones Sr.
Beyond golf, the resort is also known for its year-round activities, from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to mountain biking, hiking, boating, and scenic chairlift rides the rest of the year.

How to Vote
Now, the entire BOYNE Golf collection is competing in the Best Golf Resort category.
Voting in the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards is open through March 23 at noon, and readers can vote once per day until the poll closes.
If the Northern Michigan destination climbs to the top spot this year, it would mark another major national recognition for a region already known for some of the most scenic golf in the Midwest!
