About 7 or 8 years ago I started to better understand how to move pressure in the golf swing, and how to create a more athletic sequence (just like you’d see from Sam Snead and other greats). This helped me produce even more power, but also a more consistent swing. *Get personalized coaching HERE 👉 https://henryfallgolf.com*
Plus, I found I stayed relatively centered thanks to this simple sequence. Give this move a try and the three drills outlined in this video as they’ve really helped me and a lot of my students.

During the session, you made unintentionally lead arm only swing which seems to be pretty good drill in itself. Great instruction
Hope you enjoyed this video on athletic sequencing.

"Zombie walk" :). Thank you Henry!
Henry, who is the more athletic- you or Milo ?
Thanks for the great drills !
Nice swing! Love that free feel. I hit an 8i 178 the other day which was a personal best (straight too). You’re crushing them pretty consistently 180. That’s awesome. My average is 165 but trying to hit them pure more often to count on a higher average.
