Do I need them? No. Are my clubs perfectly good? Yes. Do I essentially have these clubs already, just a generation older and not black? Yes. Am I considering making a stupid purchase? Also yes.

I have a couple black clubs, and to be honest, I’m not a fan. They get beat up looking pretty quickly. They don’t clean up like silver ones.

They look awesome in real life. I saw them displaying them in PGA SS a week or so ago and they are sick!

I have some black wedges. They get worn really fast(like 5ish swings). I am going to stay with classic chrome or maybe brushed. Also no way I pay more for what amounts to a paint job on irons…
