EDMOND, Okla. – The Pittsburg State University women’s golf team wrapped up the first day of competition at the Diffee Ford Lincoln Invite at the Kickingbird Golf Course on Monday (Mar. 2).
As a team, Pittsburg State ended the day tied for 15th with Kylee Hopper (+6) the leading individual for Pitt State in 26th. Katherine Adkins (+11) finished the day in 56th, Kymbree Larance (+12) and Genevieve Akers (+12) are tied for 64th and Abby Ervin (+14) rounded out the team in 77th.
Southwestern Oklahoma State University leads the team standings at +11 with Freya Sala and Nerea Anton from SWOSU tied for the individual lead with an even round score.
