  1. longevity? this man is 5'6 240-260 lbs. morbidly obease, on gear, in his 40s and not healthy. won't make it passed 60. don't ever listen to this fraud

  2. Unfortunately the amount of steroids will do much more damage to your longevity than any discreet effect this compound might have

  3. I don't think the issue is NMN per se and the benefits definitely seem to have support in the research.

My understanding is that exogenous NMN is not worth the money because our ability to make it bioavailable through direct ingestion is a problem.

From what I've read NAD+ is supposed to be better as it's bioavailable, and increases the bodies NMN production.

Look into it and consider swallowing that instead lol also happy to be proven wrong here!

  4. Metformin is the one 500mg before bed thank me later. And if you want mental clarity and lazer focus Modafinil 200mg a day

  5. NMN is considered a novel food in the EU, meaning it requires authorization before it can be legally sold.
This authorization process involves demonstrating the safety of NMN through extensive testing, which is a costly and time-consuming process.
As a result, NMN is not currently authorized for sale in Europe.
    Other regions:
In some other regions, like the UK, NMN is legally available for sale as a dietary supplement, provided it complies with local regulations.
China has also issued warnings about NMN products, and some cross-border e-commerce platforms have restricted sales. No, NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is not outright illegal, but its sale as a dietary supplement has been restricted in some regions, including the US and Europe. In the US, the FDA has stated that NMN cannot be marketed as a dietary supplement because it has been investigated as a new drug. In Europe, NMN is considered a novel food and requires authorization before it can be sold, which is a lengthy and costly process.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    US:
The FDA has not approved NMN as a drug or dietary supplement, and it cannot be sold as a dietary supplement.
This is because NMN is currently under investigation as a potential drug, and the FDA does not allow substances being investigated as drugs to also be marketed as dietary supplements.
While NMN is not technically banned, its sale as a dietary supplement is restricted.

  6. Nmn is amazing for alot.of things if you look into it…but I notice a HUGE difference in my energy output all day long when I take it 💯

  7. I just got some NMN for applying to skin. It retailed for $99 but I got it for free so I’m going to give it a shot. I can’t believe how expensive it is, tho.
