Been a casual golfer since 2014, starting taking it seriously these last two-3 years. Low handicap of nine last year. Wanted to improve so I booked a lesson.
My instructor was very specific about my mobility holding me back, specifically hip and T-spine mobility preventing a full turn. Gave me 3 exercises to do every day. I've been consistent with them for the last 3 months in between sets at the gym and just wanted to share what a difference my top position looks like face on and down the line.
Outside pics are from August of 2025. Gym pics are from today.

That’s awesome. The great thing about mobility is that it improves your day to day outside of golf too.
What were the 3 exercises?
Would you mind sharing the exercises?
My hips are stiiiiffff
Yes, what exercises are you doing?
Don’t gate keep your exercises from us lol
Awesome stuff! I’ve been slowly losing flexibility in the T spine and started stretching to gain back mobility as well. Great timing to see a post like this
What were the three exercises?
Just kidding you’ve answered that a hundred times. I think this is one of my issues too (in addition to sucking). I don’t think my golf instructor is capable of this kind of feedback. Any thoughts on how to find someone else to support, without axing my current guy?
