About a year ago I posted here about a concept I'd been using to dramatically improve my short game: the wedge matrix. If you missed it, the quick version is this — a grid of yardages built from a few swing percentages across every wedge in your bag. Practicing those shots and having them readily available improved my on-course short game drastically. Closer to the pin more often = lower scores. Biggest handicap reduction I've experienced.
At the time I'd built a free iOS app to make it easy to reference your matrix on the course.
Since then I've rebuilt the whole thing as a web app. It remains free, no install required, and now works on any device.
What's new:
The web app isn't just a port. A few things I added that weren't in the iOS version:
- Multi-matrix support — maintain separate matrices for different wedge sets, course conditions, altitudes, etc…
- Calibrate flow — a new tool that helps you dial in your true carry distances
- Tutorial — if you're new to the wedge matrix concept, there's now a proper onboarding flow that walks you initial setup
- Account management — minimal, privacy-conscious. You can delete your account and your data whenever you want.
If you used the iOS app before, thank you. But, for continued support, you'll want to migrate over.
Happy to answer questions anyone has.
Happy pin hunting 🙂

This looks GREAT! Nic e job.
I think this “functionality” is built in to ProTee Labs software for those that have one of those. I remember seeing something on Joe L’s YT channel.
