If a player sees an animal that is bigger than them, do they always get free relief because it might be dangerous?

A.
No, a dangerous animal condition must be known to be dangerous. Not by agitating the animal until it bites/maims you, but by having some prior knowledge about the animal. Not all bulls are dangerous, not all snakes are dangerous, and not all kangaroos are dangerous. It is up to the Committee to advise players if there might be dangerous animals out on the course that they should watch out for.
