we had a couple guys in our provincial mid-am who played pro on mini tours and in europe for a few years and i think they caught onto the rest of us judging them
no former tour pros in am events is L take
If you're going to enact a ban of former professionals from regaining their amateur status, you have to make sure to not catch former club pros in that net. Club pros and tour pros are not the same thing at all.

We had a Former pro in our men's club. Asian pga for 7 years. He shot 24 under in our club championship and won by 20 rofl
