People cheer for the big three to win titles (I don’t count out Novak) but a single major title would mean so much more to any of the lower ranked players. I’d love to see Novak win that last big slam but if he was playing someone with no titles (as unlikely as that is) then I would want them to win.

College tennis makes you a warrior mentally. Shelton is not my favorite player by any means but the kid is an animal. Great win.
Nice. I think since last year, we are seeing lot of comebacks in finals and SF in tennis, both men's and women's matches- big leads, match points etc are not an issue.
Shelton was clutch. It seems like Fritz was waiting for an error instead of going for it when he had all those set points.
That's the sort of defeat where you hand him the key to live in your head rent free.

Also, Fritz likes to camp out a little bit too far behind the baseline so it makes it difficult for him to really attack Shelton. Great match from both guys!!
