In this episode of Paddy’s Golf Tips, I cover gound force reactions and the correct movement of the feet in the swing. I demonstrate this through a stepping motion that can be practised in the gym, as well as on the practise ground, both using SuperSpeed Golf sticks. With the benefit of this, I then show how it translates into increased swingspeed.

pressing into the trail foot more adds stability (for me).. whilst unweighting at the same time… trail hip rarely goes up watching the pros… bottom half presses and top half unweights.. kinda wierd but where its at for me…
