Kyle – I’ve spent the last year doing speed training, lifting weights trying to break into 150 ball speed. Just could not climb past 146. Your tip with the chest and shoulder retracting pushed me over the hump and I finally broke 150! This has been a huge barrier for me and just wanted to say thank you.
Second, I really had to reconnect my trail arm to my side hip in transition to keep myself in to out, as the top stretch had the tendency to tip me over to out to in. So there is a compliment transition move to keep you on plane as you stretch out the facia at the top of the swing. Cheers.
Here's a trick to add distance. Open the Driver club face and then take a strong grip.Open your stance and tee the ball high and swing inside to outside. The face of the Driver will square at impact creating massive power.
I have a question i keep breaking taylormade drivers my smash factor is between 1.46 to 1.50 and my ball speed is 166 to 172 what driver would you recommend. I just broke my qi 10
Only 1 thing is missing, and I've watched a lot of his videos for the answer, but no luck so far. And he doesn't respond to comments.
I was wondering what role his hands play into impact. Are they actively adding power, or are they passive. Basically just there to prevent the club from flying away.?

Love the speed tips! Should make a series!
Hard to take tips from a guy with a haircut like this 😂
Love it. Keep mixing in the instruction videos 👌
Ik this would sound so funny but I think it be so funny if you went to a long drive comp and only used a 1 iron
can you apply this to irons as well?
Cheers Kyle 🎉

Kyle what do you feel in the downswing sequence?
Wow! He was right! I went from averaging 475 yards to now averaging 490 yards! Thanks Kyle!
Hi Kyle. What Loft of your driver are you using. 7.5 5.5 ???

15 more yard out of bounds nice
your right pec move sets the right elbow perfect for the down swing, this works nice for irons also, ooooooofa, thx
Wow!!! These 2 tips have truly helped me gain some serious speed! Thanks!
To bad of if I listen to this the ball will slice 10 to 15 yds further into the woods
Thanks for the tips Kyle. Good luck with all your golf stuff going forward
What starts YOUR downswing?
When do you push off of your left foot? Where are your hands/club? Push left foot then release hands/wrist?
Awesome Kyle…thanks so much.
You swing like you had a bad go cart crash as a kid and separated a hip ligament 😂😂😊
I bet his “amateur” swing still knocked it 350 yards.

You have to spell Rory’s name correctly dude
My number one distance tip: one swing, not “backswing” then “downswing”
