Nastier weather is expected at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, so tee times have been adjusted to beat the brunt of the storms.
According to the PGA Tour, the tee times have been adjusted to run from 7:22 to 9:45 a.m. local time, with threesomes starting off split tees.
A broad area of low pressure is expected to move toward the Monterey Peninsula on Sunday, bringing showers that will increase in both coverage and intensity throughout the day. Conditions are expected to deteriorate further by evening, with rain transitioning to a steady, heavy downpour.
Wind may present the greater challenge. Sustained southerly winds of 15–25 mph, with gusts reaching up to 35 mph, are possible, particularly after 11 a.m.
