The first signature event on the 2026 calendar is the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, with defending champion Rory McIlroy, world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and 78 more of the best golfers in the world battling it out for a $3.6 million first-place prize.

The leaderboard after one day was packed at the top with Ryo Hisatsune leading at 10 under and last week’s winner Chris Gotterup is just two shots off the pace.

2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am leaderboard

Keep tabs on the AT&T Pebble Beach leaderboard all week. You can also check out groupings and tee times from the tournament.

The first-round leader is now tied for the second-round lead. Ryo Hisatsune close birdie-par-eagle-par-birdie on the front nine at Spyglass Hill and has tied Akshay Bhatia at 15 under through 36 holes.

Harris English was 10 shots better on Friday at Pebble Beach Golf Links than he was on Thursday at Spyglass Hill. English’s 9-under 63 was the low score of the day at Pebble and vaulted him 48 spots into a tie for 21st. And is a nice rebound after that 73.

Andrew Novak, however, went the other way. His Friday 75 at Spyglass Hill was 10 shots worse than the round he posted on Thursday at Pebble.

Travis Kelce fanned his second shot at 18 into the gallery right and struck a fan in the head. Went over and checked on her and signed something. Picked up. He’s done.

Bhatia is bogey-free through 36 holes. He had six birdies and an eagle at Spyglass on Friday (64) after seven birdies at Pebble on Thursday (65). He’s at 15 under through two rounds and is the clubhouse leader. A two-time PGA Tour winner (2023 Barracuda Championship, 2024 Valero Texas Open), Bhatia is aiming for the biggest victory of his professional career.

Rickie Fowler was also playing Spyglass on Friday. He started on the first hole, while Bhatia started on No. 10. And like Bhatia, Fowler shot 8-under 64, his round featuring nine birdies and a bogey. He’s a shot back at 14 under.

Scottie Scheffler chips in for eagle to get to 6 under

Why is 11-time National Sportswriter of the Year Rick Reilly on the bag of a billionaire sports owner at the 2026 Pebble Beach Pro-Am? Adam Schupak breaks it down.

Fowler has a pair of T-18s (American Express, WM Phoenix Open) in 2026 so far and on Friday he’s making his way up the leaderboard. Fowler is 5 under through nine at Spyglass and is the third to get to double-digits under par. He’s at 11 under, two back of the lead in solo third. Ryo Hisatsune leads at 13 under, Akshay Bhatia is next at 12 under.

We’ve seen a few guys come oh-so-close this week, including Keith Mitchell, Russel Henley and J.J. Spaun. Add Scottie Scheffler to the mix.

Bhatia, playing Spyglass Hill, is 4 under through five holes after starting on No. 10. He has it to 11 under and is tied with first-round leader Ryo Hisatsune in the early going on Friday.
