I am no Pats defender as an Eagles fan. That said this was a 4-13 to 13-4 AFC champion. Idk what we’re really roasting other than they just weren’t on par with what Seattle was ? But I mean the NFC was a class ahead of the AFC all year. Seattle would’ve stomped a healthy Denver team , Buffalo , Jacksonville, etc…
Hell the Rams would’ve pantsed any AFC representative, and it wouldn’t have surprised me if the Bears did too.

I knew it was gonna be a blowout, though. The Patriots had a cupcake schedule, a lucky, gifted path to the finals, and the Seahawks (who had a tougher schedule and defeated tougher opponents) looked more formidable. The Patriots won it six times, no sympathy for them.

I still don't understand how Maye looks so amazing and insanely consistent all year long, then just vanished in the playoffs. No matter who he played and how good their defense was, he would throw 260-280 yards and around 2 TDs every single week without any outliers.
