  1. I met him at this year’s Ireland v England 6 Nations match. I wanted to tell him I had his signed jersey on my wall but was as starstruck as a 6 yr old. Pleased I didn’t ask him “if you was an aminal wot wud you be?” I did get a photo with him though👍🏽

  2. I was a teenager watching BOD in awe, he was everything every young rugby player wanted to be, he was capable of moments of pure genius, and he made it look so simple. His greatest talent wasn't his size or strength. He just always knew where to be, to make the most of a situation. A pure rugby brain

  3. For 10 years he was magic! But for 5 he was best in the world … they talk about DuPont now but BOD had all that and more 15 years ago

  4. @7:58 checked my phone, flashbacks to when your speaker would act up a few seconds before receiving a call or message

  5. One of those dudes that finished his career with about a million injuries, some really bad ones. Still has a smile on his face, dunno if it's the painkillers or just his attitude 😅

  6. I’ve never seen anyone play ‘heads-up’ rugby like BOD. Always alert to a gap, knew how to hold back and hit the pass at full speed and yet could still step to take the first tackler out of the equation. Brilliant!

  7. The timing of his passing was unbelievable, his balance when running allows him to change his line so effortlessly. His technique in the tackle and his ability to improvise made him the goat.

  8. Your favorite player’s favorite player. No, really— Antoine Dupont has said Brian is his favorite player as well!

  9. Not really, wouldn't have made the All Blacks, Spring Boks or Wallabies starting fifteen. Decent for a NH player but of no consequence in reality.
