Most golfers chase compression by swinging harder, but real compression comes from the right wrist and arm motion in transition. This drill gives you a simple “down and back” feel that helps you stop casting and strike the ball with more forward shaft lean and a more predictable low point. If your contact feels thin, high, or you lose speed through impact, this is a great place to start.
