Yoga for Athletes is back! This time dedicated to all passionate Golfer’s out there. Adding Yoga to your Golfing routine is a great way to stay mobile and get a good stretch for your body. We are focusing on all major muscles used in golf, working on side stretches, wrist & forearm movements, a bit of core and glutes work and finally releasing through the legs.
No previous Yoga experience needed! Super Beginner friendly!
