In this player lesson, Mike works with Ashley Malaska Moss, former college golfer and elite athlete, to shift from a collapse-and-flip pattern to one built on early wrist stability and proper grip.

By eliminating wrist cupping at the top and setting the wrists correctly early, the swing no longer needs saving. Once stability is established, rotation becomes simple and speed shows up without effort.

You’ll learn:
• The difference between collapse-based speed and stability-based speed
• How grip affects wrist condition and shaft pressure
• Why flipping demands timing

This lesson shows why stable swings repeat — and unstable ones don’t.

  1. Our kids are both the easiest and hardest to teach. I have 4 sons and teaching them baseball was indeed both. The joys are better than when I played, but the failures hurt more.
Now I am helping teach my 5 year old grandson. I get to do it all over again!❤ Even more fun.
