I’m about three months into golf after a life of hockey, shot this grouping with a 7i on a sim at the local big box store. Any tips on how to get these more on target would be greatly appreciated!
Don’t know what you mean? 165 carry on a 7i is fine and it looks like you play a push/draw. Nothing wrong with the shot shape…… I’m confused by the question lol if you’re consistently hitting the ball in the same area you just need to aim properly. I always have this as my default shot shape. I work on a small fade at the range as well because every once in a while I’ll have something in my way on a par 3 or if the pin is on the right I try to start it a touch left of pin.

How many yards offline of center is that grouping ending up? I can’t tell from the graphic and I don’t know this launch monitor system to intuit it.
That said, the other commenter said it’s a push draw but it’s really not. A push draw would launch more degrees right of target and finish closer to center line. But this also isn’t quite a pull draw either. Depending on how many yards left of center these are, you may simply need to aim that many yards right of target and complete the same swing. However, be warned, this often results in fighting a mental battle because your brain is thinking you’re going to end up too far right and your body auto-compensates.
This is where the practice becomes important.

Aim at the right edge of the green. Hahaha if you’re new to golf this might be mind blowing info – all pros shape the ball. Hitting the ball dead straight is not ideal. You want the ball moving one way or the orher

Averaging 13.5 degree launch angle 20degree draw? You are going to struggle. Try to launch the ball higher would be a good first step. You are launching a 7 iron like a 5 iron normally launches. Great speed, need to get the ball to launch higher so it will land and stay on a green.
Also almost 0 push/pull with a 20 degree spin axis makes it seem (most likely) you are getting the club down in a great way, but the face is crazy closed.
If you are going to play this shot on the course, aim a bit off the side of the green and plan for a lot of roll out.
