Highlights from the second day at the 2026 Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship, where Scotland’s Calum Hill tied the course record 61 and Sergio Garcia battled back with an amazing back nine to move from the cut line into the top five.

The DP World Tour continues the International Swing in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship. Last time out in the sun Laurie Canter was victorious after a three-way play-off, and he is back to try and reclaim his title. As the third consecutive event on the DP World Tour to be played in the Middle East after the Dubai Invitational and Hero Dubai Desert Classic, a host of players who were in Rolex Series action last week have made the trip over to Bahrain. Among those, Race to Dubai Rankings Delivered by DP World leader Jayden Schaper is chasing a third title already this season. Through the Kingdom’s national qualifying pathway, three Bahraini golfers have played their way into the field. As part of an effort to grow golf domestically, the initiative provides local players with invaluable experience of competing at the highest level.

Welcome to the Official YouTube channel of the DP World Tour. Every week you can find extended tournament highlights and individual player highlights from the likes of Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose and Tommy Fleetwood. This is also the home of the 14 Club Challenge, Little Interviews, Fastest Hole and many more challenges, pranks and world record attempts featuring the biggest golfers in the world.

  1. The highlights from the Dubai Port (ha) Tour is going the same way as the PGA Tour – where are the drives? – fans are getting short changed. If money needs to be cut, drop the commentary team; all they basically do is tell you what you have just seen (the graphics give all the detail one needs)..

  2. It’s sad how the first 3 attributes I attribute to DP World Tour’s coverage of their tournaments are….

    1. Unapologetic Bias commentary
    2. The WORST camera angles and stationary video areas
    3. Their ability to actually capture video coverage of the good golf being played THROUGHOUT the course, not just the selected few golden boys.

They’re letting their players down with what feels like a limited ideas in the producing trailer or a limited contribution to the monetary budget expenditures.
