Ryan compares five of his favourite drivers released over the last 12 months, including some of the latest 2026 drivers, in a side-by-side indoor TrackMan driver test. Ryan picks the models that stood out most to him for feel and performance, then puts them head to head to see how they compare for ball speed, launch, spin, carry distance, total distance and dispersion.
Drivers tested in this video include the Wilson Dynapwr Carbon, TaylorMade Qi4D Core, Titleist GT3, Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond Max, and COBRA OPTM LS.
Ryan provides a brief overview of each driver, highlights the key tech, shares his feedback from hitting them, and then dives into the TrackMan data analysis to reveal which one performed best for his game. What will be in his golf bag for 2026?

Great reviews! Thank you. Can you please tell me the shafts used? I’m around your swing speed and need a 3 wood and a driver with a little less spin. Currently play Mizuno ST Max 9.5* and it honestly crushes down the fairway. But I know from tests that it’s not the fastest. I’m very interested in Qi4d and Mizuno JPX One Select.
Definitely for the price on the market what do you pay for the Wilson DynaPower Carbon in Canada here you can pick one up for less than half the price on sale of the brand new 2026 drivers. Looking at the numbers that’s the one I would choose because the rest of them basically with taxes are about $1000. The Wilson was on sale of all back here for $399 plus taxes and if you’re not gonna gain an extra 10 yards by paying out 1G for a driver it’s kind of wasting money. Nice to see the comparison they are all good
are all the drivers the same playing lenght and swingweight? because that would change CHS, like the Qi4d. thanks!!
lol biggest selling driver … Ping … excluded?
Dispersion chart would be helpful!
Where’s ping!
Impressive smash factor across all of them
Been playing GT3 since Nov 24, and you’re right, there are opportunities to hit it off the planet in both directions. It isn’t as forgiving as some but is probably the longest driver I’ve had for a long time. Very interested to try the Quantum for this year, but will probably stick with what I’ve got and have a few lessons!
tried optum x today. i couldnt miss the fairway, and much lower spin and consistent spin unlike previous years for the x. i saw no reason to try the ls at my 105 ss
DISPERSION ?????
The numbers are good but you need the groupings……. All you're really showing is you can pound the golf ball with all the drivers, still good information but the groupings are extremely important.
No exaggerations throughout your swing which gives you great consistency. The tested drivers had different standard lofts – Wilson 10.5*, Titleist 9*, Cobra 10.5*, Callaway 9* – did you adjust all of them to the same loft, or were they set at a loft that you felt gave you the best results with that particular driver? If the former this may indicate that the Callaway needs more loft to achieve a height comparable to the others. I see in your reply to one of the comments that all the shafts differed, but all 60 grams, and you were fitted for all.. Thank you for the review.
Mmmm. In the hands of a good golfer with great speed there didn’t seem a great deal of difference. Of course, the main thing would have been dispersion- which you didn’t show Ryan. Good test to see them all though.
Has anyone else had a whistle or woosh sound on the back swing for the tripe diamond? I couldn’t stand the sound
my new quantum td arrived Friday love it paired with my tpt nitro shaft
Interesting test not huge difference between the models but on price the Cobra and Wilson clear winners.
As always, why do Brits speak of a singular company in the plural?
There is a clear and obvious winner here:-
Which one can you get cheapest? – It's that one!
What happened to the g440k
