If you want to play the best golf of your life this year, this is the move you need to learn. In this video, Harry Shaw breaks down a powerful commonality shared by the world’s best ball strikers, forward hip rotation through impact. When your hips move correctly past the golf ball, striking the ball cleanly becomes easier, contact improves, and consistency skyrockets.
You’ll see side-by-side comparisons with elite players like Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, and Collin Morikawa to understand exactly why this move works and how you can train it in your own swing. If you’re looking for golf swing tips, ball striking drills, and simple coaching advice that actually translates onto the course, this lesson could be the breakthrough that transforms your game this season.

  1. I love your work Harry ! I’m a Draw player as you are. Could you make a video about how to make a fade ? (More rotation ? Ball position ?). Every time I try to do a cut I have difficulties for having enough rotation and shallowing the club. That’s why my cut attempts often turn into horrible pulls…

  2. It looks in your actual swing the head stays centered as the butt cheeks move left. During your explanation it seemed your head moved a bit left as well. Should the head not stay centered as the butt cheeks move left?

  3. Enjoyed the lesson and would love to have more on this topic. You mentioned getting the hips forward, but did not state where the sternum should be at contact. Ahead, in line, or behind the ball? Grateful for clarification. Many thanks.

  4. I would like to learn more about this as well. I’ve noticed this approach when analyzing MCILROY and FLEETWOOD’s swings and always wondered why they did this as most golf instruction tells to stay more centered. Wouldn’t this be considered “sway”? Would think it would take awhile to get used to this and get your low point under control. Thanks.

  5. This is exactly what I need . Yes please do a more in-depth video . I also want to come to South Africa. It looks like it would be amazing

  6. Once again great Video. yes if you could do something on balls positioning in the stance that would be great

  7. Can you please do a video for those of us who have an extreme in to out swing path….I mean…..like 10 plus dregees…..ton of information out there for over the top swings but literally next to nothing for those of us with a severe in to out path…..hooks hooks hooks…much appreciated
