Most golfers struggle with driver distance not because of strength or effort — but because their downswing sequence is wrong.
In this video, I break down the secret downswing sequence that modern long hitters use to create effortless speed, higher ball speed, and more consistent drives — without forcing the swing or “swinging harder.”

Interesting Kevin, as so much current tuition emphasises is on upper and lower body separation.
Most professional started the weight shift half way in the back swing, so how can the arms drop while we move forward when we not even on the top of the back swing yet? Please advice.
looks so easy when i struggle for 95mph 🙁
I like the word twist, instead of turn or rotate. When I 'turn' I sway off the ball like crazy. When I 'twist' it's just a subtle move off the ball
Hope you get over your cold soon

Great info and may be just what I need! Can't wait to try it at the range 🎉
I open my hips up quite a bit in the backswing and struggle getting my hips open at impact because of how much I turn them in my backswing causing my upper and lower half to basically be square at impact and then I have to manipulate the club a lot with my wrists/arms. Sometimes I can make it work well but it’s very inconsistent for me.
I’m actually working right now on keeping the hips square in the backswing and then pressure into left heel/ turning lead hip back from a half swing position. Not that I’ll have to keep it completely square in the backswing but I’m going extreme to extreme to try and land somewhere in the middle.
3-4 (side arm throw), does it increase the risk of slicing it? It feels my arms might intuitively swing upwards to the 1 o'clock. Visually Coach Heo's arm throw also looks like its a upward throw but I am likely wrong. Likewise for the body, it unwinds 'laterally' along with the side throw? Almost feels like it is holding a lag?
Many Thanks!
Great video Same for iron swing? Thank You
last I saw a swing like that it was in a back yard rusting…
