It’s 1-1 in the Summer Golf Matchplay Series – I took the first match (off camera) at Rushmore GC, TC won last time out at Salisbury GC, today we play Wellow GC.
Wellow Golf Club is is located on the edge of the New Forest, close to Romsey. It’s set in over 200 acres of parkland surrounding the former home of Florence Nightingale.
It boasts 27 holes across three courses, we played the Ryedown and Embley.
It was in pretty good condition and was £24 twilight.
