Honest question: how is this legal? A market on how many course records Bryson breaks seems easily exploitable. Anyone with advance knowledge of results (tour staff, sponsors, media, or people close to the player) could wait until late in the year and place bets with near-certain information. How is that risk managed?

That Kalshi ad gives me some concerns. I am not saying Bryson would do such a thing, but what's stopping him from telling a friend to bet a large sum of money on a certain outcome (say 4 course records), and then editing the videos over time to make it seem like it was actually 4 total and getting them all paid out?
