  1. THIS is pointless, BUT, actually skating on the actual ice is good. But DON'T do it until you're about to throw up, you get breaks in between playing unless you're a goalie. BUT, I guess this is okay if you're going into the NHL or smt like that. Just work out your abs, arms, and legs, and stretch lile crazy, and stay hydrated.

    Also, work on stick and puck control, if you can't keep the puck on your stick, you need to work on it, and same with skating. LEARN HOW TO SKATE BACKWARDS PEOPLE AND DON'T HOLD BOTH KF YOUR HANDS AT THE TOP OF YOUR STICK, ONE AT THE BOTTOM, AND THE OTHER HALF WAY DOWN.

  2. As a teen female hockey player of 8 years, yes, hockey can be puke level of exhausting, but i can personally handle the endurance. My coach has me play both d and winger, so sometimes (a lot, actually) during fill ins, I skate back and fourth, using lots of power and strength CONSTANTLY.

    Football: Tackling hard, jumping, not even close to hockey

    Rugby: sort of the same as football with all that tackling but not even close to hockey

    Soccer: Slide tackling and dealing with bullshit refs

    Hockey: Head injuries, Fights, slamming in boards, arugments worst off all skates to the neck the man who got sliced in the neck and was saved by a veternarian or something medic trust me there is way more but I dont want people saying "holy yap" yapatron, ect hockey is the hardest sport end of story

  5. As a hockey player, I think hockey is hard versus Some teams it’s pretty easy And Some teams are really hard But At the end of the day it’s a good sport it also get you very active

  6. I did that before as a female hockey player. I don't think you should do it to the point where you puke tho. Like do what level is a challenge for you but not to the point where its too much
