One suggestion for this gamemode: the team with the highest hand without busting should get -1 stroke off that hole. That way there is at least something if you happen to draw 20 on the first 2 cards like on the first hole. Raises the stakes a bit more.

Just a thought to improve this one: what if you only get the mulligans from the cards if you win or draw against the dealer?
Just because then you’re making it closer to the real game of 21 and there’s reason to stick or twist the cards.
So i reckon Seb as the deale draws his hand for the hole before going over to the boys to do theirs, so they don’t know the dealers score. They then draw to get their highest possible and Seb reveals his hand and they only get mulligans if they beat the dealer ☺️ if they bust it’s still a penalty!
