This drill is a follow up to the last video and by setting up the weight on the left leg it ensures Cassie doesn’t fall back to her right at impact but stays on the left hip to rotate around and ensure always transferring the contact through the ball.
She did great today with this drill and she was 100% effective in her ball contact and the result.
Give it a go, it really is effective for these pitch shots and even up to 100 yards. If you want to be more accurate and consistent in the short game try it out.
