They really need to ban shorts on the golf course . Least for tournaments .
Even 3/4 trousers would suffice for the really warm days . No excuse to wear them on rainy days. Americans are so clueless on how to dress. You can spot them a mile off when they visit countries as tourists .
Ban hoodies as well. The hoods are too flimsy to even be of use to cover the head anyway.
