Session Overview:
In this video you will see me describing a session plan which is focusing on switching play.
There are three parts to the session, all focusing on our switching play. We are looking at moving the ball quickly and movement off the ball to provide quick passing options. Each part consists of a description, visualisation with the tactics board, and then an animation of the session in full flow.
Teams such as Man City, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Bayern Munich, have to break teams down, whilst avoiding the press. In doing so, they have to move the ball quickly to find space to play forwards and penetrate the opposotion
