Make sure you rub off that ball mark before you send it to callaway 🤣

If you bought it at Costco, take it to Costco. Their return policy is great. Just take the entire set so they can replace the set.

Costco will take anything back. Literally saw a post an hour ago about someone returning a live Christmas tree there in January.

Callaway customer service is 100% the way to go. A few guys have posted here that Callaway upgraded their driver to a BigBertha or Maverick after their Edge set drivers broke.

2nd hit in 2026 after 300 in 2025?

You’re clearly using Nitros or Top Flite and just hitting them too hard.

Same thing happened to mine and they gave me a $110 credit towards a new driver. Went with the Elyte.

Take it back to Costco. They will exchange it, no questions asked. Take the whole set with you so they can replace it.

Could be worse. A few season ago, I broke my driver, snapped clean in two an inch or so above the head on the shaft after my drive. The best part? It was spring time and this was opening day of the season for the golf course, I was the very first tee time of the year, and this was on my very first drive of the day, with an eager crowd behind me of others excited to finally get out…yea that was embarrassing.

Golf clubs keep getting more and more expensive, quality keeps getting worse. I keep hitting my Taylor made M6 from 2018 and it’s still in decent condition (even after many duffs and I even hit the wall one time in a particularly tight range booth)

That sucks dude, But these drivers are normally pretty decent for a beginner. I’ve been playing 4 months now with the Edges and can drive a Regular Flex 300m Total. Insane for the quality of driver.
( I am 6’6 so can really swing the mofo )

Costco will replace the whole set, but Callaway will likely upgrade your driver. I had Callaway send me a Mavrik after my Edge driver broke. Just call their warranty dept and they’ll have you send the broken Edge driver in.

Costco takes everything back.

In fairness it should never crack even if you do but usually you’re not supposed to use the top of a club to hit the ball. Also a general tip if you do struggle with hitting them high in the face is make sure your golf ball is really clean when you tee it up, just means if you sky the hell out of it its going to be less likely to leave a whacking huge scratch on the top of your shiny new driver.
