My friend has a plantar fibroma. He went to the doctor and is scheduled to see a pediatrist. I asked him if the doctor talked about how foot pain is linked to knees and hips/glute stability and he said not at all. We talked about how we’ve both put on a bit of weight (he put on 60 lbs since quitting smoking and I put on 30 lbs since I started bodybuilding and eating like a horse). His is mostly around his belly. I told him to get back in the gym if he can, cut out sugary drinks, and eat at home more often. And squats. I don’t know if that was anything right to recommend but the doctor didn’t do anything for him except how to stretch against a wall. He said if it doesn’t get better they can cut it out 😣

After watching this started with dead lifts and leg Abductors and everything – dead lifts I think fixed the pain.. Do everything from back to feet .. the fix is there
Have you anything on the back right knee , I keep getting fluid behind knee cap and veins are getting really intense with signs of showing on my legs.! Can’t always be coz of menopause. The right leg feels twisted inside the muscles etc . Making right hip uncomfortable also and list goes on.. How can I fix this issue pls . I’m in Australia however .. Any help would be great thanks. Going to drain it for 2nd time.. bakers sist is the name I found?? Keep up the good work here in this channel 💜🌈💫
