Over the hood is not over the car
Such an overrated dunk when you think about it. We've seen Aaron Gordon jump over a standing mascot who was on a hover board, and he sat in midair while going under the legs. We've seen Shaq get jumped over and dunked on. That cars hood is nothing more than 3ft 3inches. Im 6'4 and pulled that off in high school
