I haven’t been able to find anything about it online, not even a picture. Located in Oregon, so I’m wondering if it’s a prototype of some kind.

    That is actually a Japanese Domestic Issue (JDI) they were mostly limited runs shop demos & prototypes only released in Japan

    The 05 represents the development cycle year (2005)
    420-440cc some Japan tour staff guys got these pretty rare nice find
