  1. I just want a watch to navigate me when im in the bush and work offline dont need no heart monitor and all that other fancy crap i just want offline maps on ky wrist for a good price and not overkill…..which one do i get ?

  2. The MARQ gen 2 watches literally do everything
(appart form take calls) – but they are dressy and extreamily robust

  3. For what it’s worth….

I’ve been using my Fenix 5X daily since it came out. Zero issues and the charge still lasts a week. It has been amazing.

  4. Thank you for explaining all these confusing models . im stuck between getting the FR 55 or Vivoactive 5.. i want it for Elliptical training and Hill walking.. and general health, fitness and wellbeing ..

  5. Which Garmin Watch should I get for battery life, display, tracking steps, tracking sleep, walking, running, and swimming?

  6. Garmins are awesome for tracking numbers, but what really helped me was pairing mine with Myo, an AI assistant I’ve been working on. With it, you can connect your wearable, get suggestions to actually improve toward your goals, and even run a quick video of your workouts to see things like posture or movement imbalances. If anyone wants to try it, reply and I’ll share access.

  7. they need to reduce all their options down to about 10 watches. There is something called decision fatigue, where more options actually is worse because it makes you question whether or not you made the right decision so you’re less satisfied overall.

  8. I think Garmin thinks their lineup is its "strength" when all the other manufacturers are going it differently. Me personally I'd rather have a watch that does many sports fairly well, rather than a highly specialized watch that does one or two sports well.

From a monetization standpoint I get what Garmin is trying to do, but it's also why I've avoided buying a Garmin all these years.

  9. I'm looking to get my 1st ever Garmin and I think the Forerunner 55 will suit me best.

When I browsed the official Garmin site at work yesterday and filtered the watches by features, the higher model I found was the Forerunner 570.

  10. I use Apple Watch 8 right now and I like that it has a “martial arts” workout built in as a preloaded workout.
I know garmin can’t connect correctly or effectively to close the Apple health activity rings, but does anyone know if Garmin has a “martial arts” type of training option for tracking?

  11. Great video! Just bought the Fenix 8. An amazing watch! Not only for sports, even for trying out some of these Connect IQ Apps and Games, like Snake Touch. Really enjoy that watch 🙂

  12. 1:03 I wish Melissa was calling me. I had a mad crush on her, and eventually asked he out, but she said “I’m not in a position to say yes” and then shortly after I had a falling out with her son.

  13. Bro this is the most complicated decision I have to ever make on a purchase, because all the watches seem the same but diffrent dosent make sense

  14. The fenix 7 sapphire is on sale at scheels for $500. My buddies have the forerunner 265 ($450) and highly recommend it. I've had the solar instinct 2 for years and it has been nothing but good to me but I do want to start running more and look into my sleep quality. Would you recommend upgrading? And if so which model.

  15. I don’t really want the Venu. I like the Vivoactive more. But I want to take calls/text and respond if I’m on a ride or run without needing my phone on me. Which would you recommend? Forerunner 265? 😬

  16. I want the forerunner but it’s so HUGE on my wrist. Ps I’m a lady with thin small wrist and there’s no way i’d wear such a bulky watch

  17. thanks really good video if I get any is the epix, the instinct or the Fenix garmin, I do some activities, and this might help heavier or not. But I am not really sure about garmin pay, I rather use apple pay I guess.

  18. I am sticking to my phone because it feels redundant paying $700 for a watch when I can see the info I want on a hike on my phone. I live in the alps and I am not walking while checking gps anyway, so stopping and looking at gps is what I am doing anyways.

Most people probably take both iPhone and watch on hike or trail run anyway.

  19. All I want is a watch with strava and alltrails, for my 1-3 days hiking or trail running on weekends. So I dont drain my phone in 6hrs during these activities. I dont want to track my sleep or talk to it. So, which one is it then? 965?

  20. Wish you had made this when I was buying my Garmin but nonetheless your video confirmed I got the right one for me!

  21. What instinct should I buy as a soldier when I want map technology, anti detection from night vision goggles, strong battery, durability, NATO time

  22. ngl; i feel imma just stay with my apple watch 8 just becuase it's easier to pick and for someone who just runs and not picky on exact details of everything; i feel it gets the job done plus my budget lol
