So I think I'm going to put phone blocks or some sort of padding on the walls from my impact screen about 4 ft out. Problem is I have this little concrete foundation at the bottom of the wall and which I'm sure that bowls may hit that and ricochet so I'm trying to figure out a way of covering it or do something about it for protection I guess I could just hang a curtain instead from the ceiling down right alongside the bump out and that may take care of it.any thoughts

How are you planning for protecting the tonal?

This confirms my fears of ever getting a tonal.

Sounds like that Tonal needs padding more!

Or send it my way, and I will keep it safe from the golf ball smashings.

Different build but I used some rubber mats and the carpet tiles I’ve got plywood in my case but to prevent bounce works great and looks nice too. PIA to cut it all to size; a sharp razor and a few blades are your friend if you go that route.

Guys I’m talking about the little concrete foundation at the bottom 6″ of my wall not the tonal

How far from the wall do you plan to have your impact screen?

Id build a box with 2×4 and plywood with the top 2×4 having a v cut. Then hang a 2×4 on the wall with an opposite view cut in it. When you golf hang the box over it to protect it. When you wanna use it lift the box off. Quick and and can add foam to that to protect from balls hitting the wood.
