Had the refs called the false start penalties like they should have been, this trick play would've gone away some time ago.
Didn’t the giants do this as well but it didn’t count
And the O-line still had a false start. Glad it wasn't called in this instance.

I was watching this live. I had no idea what happened at first, and neither did the announcers, but when I saw the referee throw the towel (0:05) I knew something happened. Throwing the towel means a change in possession, and you see it on fumbles and punt returns so I knew the ball must have came out.
