  1. Simon lad, the only reason why Arsenal compete in the top flight is that they are a London club!
If you have to ask, you do not understand!

  2. We (West Ham) are in a bad way. But some of the things they talk about just shows they don't watch the games. The goal difference is awful but that's from the potter reign, as for the style…… Again Potter every team carved through us like a knife through butter. Under Nuno we have more structure, yes he has to answer for some of his in game tactics.
Sullivan and Co are the big issue, the way the club is run is not good enough. He owes it to the fans to do all he can in January to get Nuno 3/4 players so he can get us out of this mess. Next 4/5 games are huge for us

  3. The protests about the board at West Ham were put on hold due to the respect we have for our late captain Billy Bonds .

  4. Simon.Palace got relegated on goal difference (and on 49 points) in 1993. I’m still recovering. If there’s one example you should have remembered…

  5. Impossible for West Ham to go down, with the likes of Bowen and Paqueta in thei squad. Wolves,Burnley and Leeds will be relegated. Its a 38 game season and west ham will reinforce in January

  6. West Ham might go down, or they might finish 12th, still 1/2 a season left, 6 point gap is not much at this stage, maybe after 30 games yes, but not right now.

  7. United should have won that game, you ask any of their fans and they will tell you, all I want to know is, is Amorim in or out this week.

  8. I’m a West Ham fan and agree 100% with Simon. Nuno has improved the organisation of the team but we are still among the three worst sides in the league and can’t rely on home games to pick up points in the same way Leeds can. I felt Fulham were the one team we could pull back into the mix but they always seem to win a game just when they need it. We have stagnated and have had a few bad transfer windows in a row. For a club of our stature that means relegation.

  9. As a West Ham fan I agree with this, but to add to it it's nothing new, the last 2.5 seasons at least have been dreadful to watch, covering 4 managers (Moyes included) negative defensive tactics with the hope to score the odd goal isn't enough to stay in this league. Relegation was never a big deal at the old ground as the crowd was the twelfth man, but it's a huge issue now!! The United died in 2016! ⚒

  10. Shows how surface level the analysis is on here. Jordan saying he expected better of Parker and Burnley when they lost their keeper (Dubravka has been good) and Egan Riley out of that impenetrable championship defence

  11. West Ham's issues started once Upton Park was sold and now they've no identity in the London Stadium. Out of those 56 striker bought in I say majority of them were free or very cheap and made no sense to West Ham. The owners need to go for West Ham to rebuild properly rather than one good season and 2 bad seasons system

  12. As a Tottenham fan no matter how bad things are i can always console myself and say at least we're not West Ham.
