A new crazy golf and carnival venue is coming to Back Bay in the spring.
Swingers has announced the opening of a two-level, 21,000-square-foot venue at 777 Boylston St. in Boston. The venue will feature two designed crazy golf courses, multiple cocktail bars, semi-private event spaces, and Carnival, a Belle Époque-inspired arcade with games and prizes.
The concept is targeted to a range of occasions — from date nights and group outings to after-work gatherings and celebrations — combining craft cocktails, curated playlists, and a high-energy social atmosphere.
Swingers, a global brand, is developing the project in partnership with Tavistock Restaurant Collection. The restaurant group, known for venues such as Abe & Louie’s, the Atlantic Fish Co., and Coach Grill, aims to create a distinctive social experience in Boston. Tavistock owns the Boylston Street property.
Guests will find retro games such as Roll-A-Ball, Skee-Ball, and Down the Clown complementing Swingers’ energetic vibe and playlists.
“Opening in Boston marks an exciting new chapter for Swingers,” said Jeremy Simmonds, co-founder and CEO of Competitive Socialising, in a statement shared with the New England Real Estate Journal. “The city’s vibrant energy and love of great food, drink, and entertainment make it the perfect home for our unique blend of competitive fun and premium hospitality.”
