Something like this happened when I was a kid. Same thing, we were all by the ROTC building smoking a fat joint. Where we lived in those days blackheads were few, but it wasn't really a racist place. Cool folks. Our little click was all white with 2 black kids. Theycwere cool as hell. We were smoking the doober and a guy said one of the black kids had lips like suit case handles. Wasn't meant mean, just crap talk. So the black kid blasted the white kid in the mouth. Oddly, the white kids lips were bigger after the shot he took. That was mid 90's. Stuff like that and just throwing the N word around just did not happen. It was a respect thing.
